Benefits VBCS Personalization: Notes Section Disappeared in Production (26B release)
Hi Everyone,
We recently deployed our Benefits VBCS Personalization to our production environment. Initially, the Notes section under Benefit Administration > Benefit Activity Center was displaying correctly.
However, over the last two days, we've noticed that the Notes section is no longer visible in production, even though no changes have been made to the personalization in Benefits module.
Interestingly, the same personalization is still working as expected in our other environments, including instances that were recently refreshed from production, where the Notes section remains visible.
Our production environment is currently on the 26B release.
Has anyone else experienced similar behavior after moving to 26B or encountered the Notes section disappearing unexpectedly in production? If so, were you able to identify the root cause or find a resolution?
