Options for tracking pixels in ORC

My Client has below requirements and wanted to see if others have been able to utilise these features in ORC around Pixel Tracking in the career site

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Can Google Tag Manager be installed on the ORC career site?
Does custom JavaScript fire on all candidate-facing pages?
Does Oracle provide a native data layer or event framework?
Can we trigger custom JS when a candidate starts/uploads/creates/submits?
Can UTM and paid media parameters be passed through and associated with candidate records?
If we install GTM, do we still need the native Tracking Pixel?
