Child drop eligibility at 25, but should be eligible until the end of the plan year they turned 25

children who has turned 25 or above, should not be eligible for the plan. The child should be there in plan until the end of the plan year in which they turn 25.

We have created derived factor with age band 0 - 25 and gave determination rule as 'First of calendar year'. Associated the eligibility profile with the factor to the plan designation requirement eligibility.

This is working fine in all cases except one scenario.

When Child is turning 25 on 1st Jan of any year, they are becoming ineligible.

Ex : child is born on 1 Jan 2002 (so they are 25 when the plan year starts i.e., 2027) their coverage should end on 31 Dec 2027. However since we are checking age band as of first of calendar year the child is becoming ineligible.
