Clarification on "Administrator only" visibility during statement generation

Hello,

we have noticed a difference in behavior with the Redwood interface regarding compensation statements.

When compensation statements are generated with the "Administrator Only" visibility option, they are visible to managers within the Compensation Plan (from the Communications section). Could you please confirm whether this is the expected behavior by design?

With the previous NUX UI, when statements were generated with the "Administrator Only" visibility option, they were accessible only to administrators through Administer Workers and were not visible to managers.
