writing essbase rule and copying data in TRCS_CYsys but value disappearing

Summary:

We are trying to compute deductions for an indian entity and we have 2 questions - our deduction is to be after losses - can be move TRCS_Special deduction hierarchy below TRCS_Carryforwardlosses 2) We have calculate 80IA deduction via essbase rule and it is sitting in CY adj - issue is when it was sitting in CY sys, the rule did ran but amount disappeared after consol - whats the reason
