Communicated rate not calculating properly
in Benefits
Summary:
We are processing an OE event, after switching to a fiscal year period this year - 08/01/26-07/31/27.
The defined rate is set as weekly, and the communicated rate is set to be 'per pay period' (times 2 for bi-weekly employees), however it is not calculating correctly.
In the screenshot attached, the communicated amount should be $99.72.
Why would this be?
