How can calibrated performance ratings be accessed in Talent Review in Oracle Fusion HCM?

We have a requirement to use calibrated performance ratings in Talent Review.

Our process is as follows:

• Managers complete employee performance evaluations.
• Performance ratings are calibrated through the Calibration process.
• We want the calibrated performance rating to be available in Talent Review (for example, in the 9-box review or Talent Review meeting).

We would like to know:

1. Is there a standard process in Oracle Fusion HCM to transfer or synchronize calibrated performance ratings from Calibration to Talent Review?
2. Which rating does Talent Review use by default—the original performance rating or the calibrated rating?
3. Is any additional setup or scheduled process required for Talent Review to display the calibrated rating?
