Evaluator type field in Redwood – Impact of leaving it blank

in Career and Succession

Hi,

we have enabled Redwood for the Skills and Qualifications page. We noticed that the Evaluator Type field in the Competency section is no longer mandatory, and it doesn't seem possible to make it required using VBS.

Do you know what the impact is if this field is left blank?
