how does the Benefits Billing Triggers
Summary: I have a very basic doubt on benefits billing.
I understand that we need to setup continuation Benefits Type , Billing Calendars etc..
the scenario that an employee has enrolled into "Employee + Family" option in Medical , Dental, Vision, Voluntary Spouse, Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity plans.
He or She triggers divorcee Life Event the Spouse losses eligibility. As part of the Divorce LE either the employee de-selects the spouse or through the Default Enrollment FF it drops to either Employee + Children or Employee only as applicable.
Qustion 1: How does the dependent who lost coverage will get notififed? either automatic or manual?
