Best practice recommended for migrating Customer Work Orders & associated FFS activities
Dear team,
We have a requirement to Bulk upload Work Orders in Fusion Service which must create activities in Fusion Field Service. We are planning to use Import Management for this. We have an integration in place which creates FFS activities if WO are created from UI only.
What is the recommended practice to achieve this?
- Alter the Integration so that it accommodates Bulk Upload using Import Management and creates FFS activities?
- Migrate the WO & FFS activities separately and later update WO with Activity IDs? (We tried this, but system did not allow us to update WO)
- Any other means….?
