Comments are not getting saved on identification info page

Hi All,

In the Identification info page (Redwood) > visa and permits section, we're facing an issue where the comments are not visible once they are saved. This is happening with multiple instances and not just one customer instance, is this an expected behavior where the comments do not get saved and it has to be updated every time while editing it? And also, the comments are being stored in the transaction table but nothing on the visa table.

Can someone please let us know on this behavior?
