HCM Performance Sections not appearing on Redwood Performance Document template

Summary:

We had weekly Redwood patch 3-July-2026 to our Dev environment. Now the Sections are not populating on the Performance Document Template.

Successfully created new performance template and updated sections last week.

On Structure page of Redwood performance template:
- When click "select existing section" get blank and no list appears.
- When click "add" button can enter information, but after safe nothing appears in sections.

Patch information says following, but can't find an explanation of what / where to change or check.

Section sequence in all performance documents related to given performance template should be updated if section sequence is updated in template sections (in structure tab of the template)
