Have 2 separate tasks for Manager in performance template

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We are trying to have Performance process flow such as below:

1. Worker self-evaluation
2. Manage participant feedback
3. Manager Evaluation of worker
4. Manager provides response for a questionnaire
5. Provide final feedback by worker

So, the objective is to attain a process flow with 2 manager tasks, but with the current functionality we don't see an option to do so.

I'm reaching out to understand if there's a possibility for such a requirement or a workaround?
