No 'Validate' button available on Redwood Create Sales order page

After entering all the details on Sales order, we highly encourage our users to 'Validate' before submitting for approvals, to make sure if all the details are entered are correctly entered/check if any values are missed.

Many times they validate and keep it ready for approvals but don't submit immediately, waits and submits later.

But in Redwood, this Validate option is not available. Even though 'Submit' button triggers validation check, we don't want users to submit orders.
