If multiple plans offer imputed income, how to configure that to capture in two different element

The imputed income is supported for LTD and GTL plans and I would require that to be captured in two different elements. How to set that up if the imputed income from multiple benefit plans needs to captured into separate payroll elements

I have set the GTL already by creating a imputed rate and shell plan and the rates are captured as expected. How to add the LTD along side.
