Are you able to split standards in a performance template but have one summary?

Currently, we have one Performance Standards section in our performance template. This performance section is setup as a competency, with a performance rating model. We're seeing a Summary section that is available to give an overall score for the performance standards. Is this summary section a setting? We're exploring having a second performance standards section to split out our evaluation questions. When we created two performance standards as a test, to potentially split our template into multiple sections, we notices there are now two summary sections, one per section.
