Manager is unable to view performance goal of employee while doing check in

Hi All,

Managers want to do check in with employee but unable to find any suggestions of performance goals. Even though performance goals are available for employee.

Employee also wants to do check in but unable to find any suggestions of performance goals

As user who has both Employee+HR specialist access(admin) is able to see all the performance goal details.

Please suggest on this
