Recruiters name is showing on candidates "Personal Info" section of printed PDF Application

Hello, we are experiencing an issue when the recruiter is printing a candidate's application, the personal details section where the candidates name should be is pulling the Recruiters name. This is only happening with candidates in the "HR Processing" phase. We have checked other printed applications not in this phase and they show the candidates, not the recruiters. Additionally, the candidates record shows their name correctly, this is only happening when printed.

Has anyone else experienced this?
