FF to calculate evaluation in perf document goal section EXCLUDING goals with specific sub type

Good morning everyone,

I need to create a Fast Formula to be used in the rating calculation within the Goal section of a Performance Template. The requirement is to exclude from the calculation any goals with the subtype 'CMPGO'.

Below is the formula I have written. It compiles successfully and does not return any syntax errors; however, the calculated result is always 0, regardless of the ratings assigned to the individual goals.

Could you please help me understand what I might be missing or doing wrong?
