Recruiting Content Library & CSP Automated Actions – Attachment Support in Redwood - Send Message

Hi team,

I'm working on an Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation running on release 26B, with Redwood as the primary UI experience.

I'm trying to configure a CSP Automated Action (Send Message) triggered by a phase/state change, with a fixed attachment included in the message sent to the candidate.

Here's what I've verified so far:

  • In the manual "Send Message" action (Redwood experience), it is possible to attach a document at runtime — the attachment field is exposed in the UI
  • In the Recruiting Content Library (still Classic UI in our environment), there is no option to include an attachment in the message template
