How to have one-go submission button for employee on Check-in document?

Summary:

We have an ask where the customer would like to introduce a "submit" option on check-in document when each performance goal is discussed and notes are added by the employee.

Currently, the check-in document will trigger notifications for each note added performance goal which triggers individual notifications (from alert composer).

Using this submit option, line manager should be able to see that all notes are under performance goals using a single notification. Is this possible to achieve?

Also, if anything similar is available under Redwood UI?
