Error while exporting program using 'Export Benefits Plan Configuration'

I am getting error while trying to export the program.

Error in export: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "oracle.jbo.domain.BlobDomain.getBinaryStream()" because "blob" is null

Can I have some inputs on how to deal with this in an easy way. There is no BLOB/image included in the configurations. Also, for the life events, Type codes are mandatory and all the type code are provided
