Summary:

Issue: Internal candidates DO NOT receive email notifications when a job requisition is created matching their interests

Scenario: When a new job requisition matching with the candidate's interests, is created and posted onto Opportunity Market place, upon running Process Recruiting Job Alerts - Alert is triggered only as Worklist notification but NOT email notification.

Email notification is NOT triggered to the candidates.

NOTE: Job Requisition created is matching Preferred Jobs selected under Update interests under Opportunity Marketplace and the option "I want to receive news about new opportunities" is also enabled. The setup to receive the alert is in place. But we are getting only Worklist notifications (Bell notifications) but NOT Email notifications.
