Getting error with location for corporate card expenses

Summary:

Hi

We have uploaded some credit card transitions but they are showing the country names instead of the location as per screenshot .

If i create an expense manually the location Mascot, New South Wales, Australia is valid but for credit card expenses its not valid.

I have run the ESS Synchronizes non transactional text indexes as per the note KB14429 and since we can select the location manually that means the geography is defined in system.

Why does this error happen only for credit card transactions only?
