Pre-Enrollment for Retiree Benefit Plans Before Person Type Changes
I have a requirement regarding retiree benefits.
Currently, retiree benefit plans are configured under a separate Benefits Program, and employees become eligible for these plans only after their Person Type changes to Retiree.
The business would like employees to be able to review and elect the retiree plans during the resignation/retirement process, before their actual retirement date and before the Person Type changes to Retiree.
Is there any supported Oracle Fusion Benefits functionality that allows employees to pre-enroll or make elections for retiree plans while they are still active employees, with the elections becoming effective upon retirement? If so, what is the recommended approach or best practice to achieve this
