User cannot delete/Revise feedback in redwood

Summary:

From Feedback center, as HR I am unable to delete / Revise feedback. Once submitting revise Feedback it just gets back to same page and Feedback remains in completed status.

Below priviliges are added

Use REST Service - Person Notes

Manage HCM Person Note

Manage HCM Non-Person Note

Hide HCM Person Public Note

View HCM Person Note
