Unable to select certification in application flow

Hi all,

I am facing unexpected behaviour in regard to the Licenses & Certification Block when apply to roles on the external career site.

I am unable to see the LOV for Certifications:

I have validated against the rules in studio, but nothing looks out of place. Besides that, controlling visibility of fields via studio would remove both the field and the field name.

Has anyone faced this issue? Is there an easy fix for this?
