Can the vacation pay out at OE allow the employee to choose multiple pay periods for the pay out?

We have configured a Vacation pay out plan for OE for my client, with two possible payment pay periods. However, one requirement is that the employee can choose between the two payment dates, or they can choose both payment dates. Does the benefit configuration allow for selection of both dates instead of one or the other? It does appear to be the case looking at the set up options.
