We're looking for guidance from anyone with Oracle Fusion Canada Payroll – ROE experience.

Context: Our client runs two TRUs (full‑time and part‑time have different EI employer rates → separate CRA RP accounts). Oracle generates an ROE per TRU, so when an employee moves between full‑time and part‑time, they end up with multiple ROEs at termination — but Service Canada expects a single combined ROE with earnings correctly allocated by pay period across both accounts.

Has anyone:

Produced a combined / relationship‑level ROE across multiple TRUs?
Built a custom ROE extract to the Service Canada ROE Web (SBW) format?
