Anonymous participant feedback for employees and managers

Hi,

we have the requirement to have the participant feedback to be anonymous for employee and manager. So I set in the structure tab for the Employee and Manager Role "View Participant Name" as NO.

In the process tab I am forced to select "Manager can add participant" and "Manager can track participant" since manager or employee needs to have those options selected.

However the result is:

  • Employee never see the participant feedback → He should see it when the document is completed
  • Manager see the feedback from anonymous participant, but if he clicks Manage Participant Feedback he is able to see the participant name > View feedback
