While reviewing the Recommended Jobs based on Candidate Resume functionality (powered by RChilli), we noted that Oracle's documentation appears to indicate that job recommendations are generated based solely on the candidate's current job title, location and skills. The documentation does not appear to reference consideration of previous or historical work experience when generating recommendations.

•         Are the recommended jobs generated based only on the candidate's current/recent experience?
