Unable to add to requisitioning personal shopping list

in Self Service Procurement

We have just received the 26B update. Since the update we are unable to add to personal shopping lists. We get the following error message.

No matching records found for the combination of the values provided for the attributes RequisitioningBUId and Supplier. One or more of these may be invalid. (POR-2010896)

We usually go the Redwood Purchase Requisition (New) menu, create a new draft requisition using a smart form. We then click the "Add to List" button, then pick the personal shopping list which we want to add to. This no longer works for us and we get the error message. I have tried different smart forms using different supplier agreements etc. and still get the same issue
