Oracle Service Cloud Analytics - Runtime "Between" Date Filter Automatically Includes Current Time

Question:

Hi Team,

I'm using Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) Analytics Report Designer and have created a report with a runtime filter.

Filter configuration:
Expression: incidents.created
Operator: Between
Runtime filter: Enabled

Issue: When I select a date in the runtime prompt (e.g., 19-Jul-2026), the system automatically appends the current time (e.g., 19-Jul-2026 15:19 CEST). I cannot edit the time, and the Customize option is disabled.
Because of this, the report returns records only between the selected date and time, instead of the entire day (00:00 to 23:59), causing some records to be excluded.

Expected behavior: I want the runtime date filter to return all records for the selected date(s), from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
