County Information Missing in Indeed Direct Apply Applications– Impacting Payroll and Tax

We are currently facing an issue with candidate applications submitted through Indeed Direct Apply (Indeed Apply Integration).

When candidates apply for jobs using Indeed Direct Apply, the County information is not being captured as the part of the candidate job application. After reviewing the process, we understand that County is not a field currently collected by Indeed during the Indeed Apply workflow.

As a result, candidate records created from Indeed applications are missing County information when they are converted and subsequently used in downstream HR and payroll processes.
