Talent Pool - Historical tracking Member Section

Hi everyone, we’re working with a customer on a requirement related to the Create Talent Pool → Members page in Oracle HCM.

For each Talent Pool member, the customer would like to maintain a year‑based history with notes directly in the Members section. Concretely:

• Add two additional fields on the member:
  • Year (e.g. 2025, 2026, …)
  • Notes (free text)
• Allow multiple “Year + Notes” entries for the same member, to build a simple history over time. Example for one member:
  • Year = 2025, Notes = “Included for succession plan X”
  • Year = 2026, Notes = “Confirmed after calibration Y"
