Life events and Open enrollment using Benefits Agents - how to handle current SPD's and future dated

Summary:

We would like to implement Benefits Agent in the next month for life events prior to Open enrollment in self service. Currently, we have our approved SPD's for this year added in the document tool for testing. Curious to see if anyone has implemented AI for Benefits and if you have a recommendation to have current and future documents in the agent and how that worked for those that are new hires, have a life event during the Open Enrollment window.
