Oracle Fusion Maintenance Work Order Issue Item Treated as Return for Serial-Controlled Material

Hello everyone,

I am testing the material consumption flow in Oracle Fusion Maintenance Work Orders using Redwood My Maintenance Work in a TEST environment.
I am facing an issue while trying to issue a only for serial-controlled item to a work order.

Scenario

A maintenance work order is created.The material is reserved and picked successfully.I open My Maintenance Work and go to the Materials tab.I select Issue Item.I enter the correct serial number and issue quantity.When I click Submit, the system throws the following error:

"Enter a return quantity that's lower than the issued quantity of 0 for the material. The return quantity you entered is 1.
