How to score and run Collections Pre-delinquent alongside Delinquent scoring?

Summary:

We configured (Type Account Level) our Collections scoring, for finally Delinquent but also for Pre-Delinquent strategy assignment.

If simulating both variations the outcome look like the expected (different scores) on which we build different strategies (Strategy Type: Pre-delinquent and Delinquent).

But when running related ESS jobs, the outcome is always and only based on the delinquent scoring. Never based on the Pre-delinquent.

Therefore our questions are:

• Why there are different options available in the configuration at all, if they won't be considered at all?
• Is there anything else potentially to be taken care of enabling etc… that would make it work?
