Dependent setup with certification – Incorrect original date

I have a benefits plan configured to preserve the `original_date` even when changes occur, and it was working correctly until we needed to include dependent certification.

After configuring dependent certification, the system no longer respects the setup intended to preserve enrollment dates (`original_date`). Once the dependent's final document is approved, the system changes the `original_date` for *all* dependents instead of maintaining the existing dates and calculating a new `original_date` solely for the newly added and approved dependent.
