How to add interviewers in the shared interview schedule?

Hi All,

When we create shared interview schedule we have two options to choose interviewers.

On the right hand side we see a field "Select a hiring team member", that has values like Hiring Manager, Recruiter and Collaborator.

May i know what happens when we select any value from this list, does it make the schedule dynamic? for example if we select Recruiter the recruiter of requisition will be the interviewer?
