Request Tenancy Deletion button greyed out
Summary: I've got an OCI tenancy (created late 2022 I think) which until a week or two ago had 2 always free compute instances running. They've since been terminated and the tenancy is no longer required. However the 'Request Tenancy Deletion' button is greyed out and I can't see the reason why. I've seen other cases where people have said they get a message when they hover the pointer over the greyed out button but nothing happens when I do that other than the pointer changing to show that clicking isn't possible.
How can I delete the tenancy?
