Career Development Deep Link Not Working in Responsive UI After Enabling Redwood

The following Career Development deep link (Career Development – MY_CAREER_DEVELOPMENT, NONE) is not functioning as expected in the Responsive UI.

https://<pod>/fscmUI/faces/deeplink?objType=MY_CAREER_DEVELOPMENT&action=NONE

We are currently using this deep link within our VBCS extension pages to allow users to navigate directly to the Career Development page and view their Current Role and Career of Interest information.
However, after enabling Redwood UI for Performance and Goals, clicking the above deep link redirects users to the Goal Center page instead of the Career Development Responsive UI page.
