Display item description and total amount in the requisition approval bell notification list.

When a user submits a purchase requisition for approval, the approver's bell notification list shows only the task title ("Approve Requisition <number>") and the submitter's name. Our business wants the approver to also see the item description and the requisition total amount directly in the notification list, without having to open the notification.
