Nudge is assigning to multiple people in Redwood Configuration.

Summary:

When running the Process HCM Nudge scheduled process for a specific employee, the journey is being assigned to multiple eligible employees instead of only the selected employee. This is when I run the process for a nudge that has been configured through Redwood configuration.

However, when I run a similar nudge configuration which was configured on HCM/Responsive pages, it assigns to only that one employee. It could be an issue of the Eligibility criteria.
