How to add logs to debug the Benefits fast formula

Summary:

I am working on Rate Value Calculation Fast formula. I have tried to get the logs from ess_log_write() and add_rlog() functions. but logs are not generating.

I am running the Fast Formula from Below navigation:

Benefits Administration > Plan Configuration> Evaluate Formulas & Eligibility Profile.

Once I click submit with all parameter, the process complete successfully but in logs are not printed in generated log file.

Can anyone please help me how can we generate logs for benefits FF.
