Hello everyone,

Seeking your advice in the following scenario:

  • A few competencies are used in a performance template as specific Content.
  • This performance template is used and employees have in progress/completed evaluations.
  • The competencies have been deleted by mistake via HDL.
  • Competencies were created manually then relinked through the performance template.
  • Ran scheduled process Synchronize Person Profile Content in Performance Documents to refresh performance documents and synch the newly created competencies.

Outcome:

The competencies section are still invisible to employees.
