Blank page when navigating to Me > Quick Actions: Add Performance Goals

We have an issue that we are facing when Navigating to Me > Quick Actions: Show More > Career and Performance: Add Performance Goals. Users will be redirected to a blank page and when the page is refreshed, it will return an error. Sometimes, it will just return an ADF_FACES error instead of going to a blank page.

We are already using Redwood, and I found out that the Add Performance Goals navigation is for Responsive UI. Could this be the reason of being redirected to a blank page?
