Scheduled process should pick backdated termination employees

Summary:

We have the Evaluate Life Event Participation process scheduled to run daily for terminations in prod. HR initiated a termination of an employee on 08/03/2026 with a backdated effective date of 07/31/2026, due to which the life event was detected with an occurred date of 07/31/2026.

In this case, the scheduled process that ran on 08/03/2026 should also pick up this employee. please assist
