Termination Life event triggered against Global transferred Legal Entity

Summary:
We have below requirment for global transfer from Country A to Country B.
- Termination Life event to be processed in Country A as of last working day in Country A which Actual Termination in Per_periods_of_service
- Newly Eligible(Hire) Life event to be processed in Country B as of Leagel Entity transfer date
The termination and Newly Eligible getting triggered against Country B. But we wanted a Termination life event should be trigger against Country A legal entity.
