Sourced candidates not able to complete application

Summary: A recruiter on our team sent a candidate a job link to apply. However, the system only allows 100 characters to be entered in the Job Description field.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): I submitted a test application using the same link and did not encounter the issue. We also have not made any changes to our system settings.
